  1. MIX PUDDING BASE

    In a bowl, whisk chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla until combined. Let sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again.

    Tip: Use full-fat coconut milk for creaminess.
  1. PREPARE MANGO

    Peel and dice the mango into small cubes. Store separately in the container.

    Tip: Choose slightly firm mango for better texture.
  1. DIVIDE AND CHILL

    Pour the mixture into 4 jars. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight preferred).
