  1. MARINATE SHRIMP

    Toss shrimp with chili powder, cumin, 1 tbsp lime juice, oil, salt and pepper. Let it sit 15 minutes.

    Tip: Skewer shrimp for easier grilling.
  1. PREPARE SLAW

    Mix cabbage, yogurt, remaining lime juice, salt and pepper. Chill until serving.

    Tip: Massage cabbage with salt to soften.
  1. GRILL SHRIMP

    Cook shrimp on grill pan over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.

    Tip: Don't overcrowd pan for even cooking.
  1. STORE COMPONENTS

    Keep tortillas, shrimp, slaw and avocado separate.
    Fridge: 3 days.    Freezer: Shrimp only for 1 month.
    Assemble before eating with warmed tortillas.

    Tip: Add hot sauce for extra spice.
